The volunteer entry screen uses a familiar address-book interface.
Scan though the listing and use the scrollbar to quickly jump to the
name you need. When you pick a name, all the volunteer's information
fills in on the screen.
The information is grouped into logical sections and each section
uses one of the tabs.
You have the option of viewing the list using a choice of status (Active, Inactive, etc). You can select one or several of the status codes to limit the listing. new in this version of VolTrax are the Groups feature. The groups act like a second set of status codes, in that each person and station can be assigned to a different group. You make up the types of group. This could be funding types, regional codes or whatever you need. Reports can be generated that take advantage of these groups.
